Bookings
A form submission, call or message is a request only. A booking is confirmed when we agree the visit and applicable call-out arrangement.
Diagnosis and additional work
Parts and work outside the initial scope will be discussed before proceeding.
Access and safety
We may stop or decline work where conditions are unsafe, outside our registration scope, or require another specialist.
